Refund Policy

A user is eligible for a refund on courses with a course within 24 hours from the time of purchase/transaction date. Refund request will be deemed invalid if a user has completed 10% of any chapter from the guided course or after attending 5 live classes (For live courses) A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if made through an email to info@uvtrbd.com specifying your email address and phone number used during registration within 1 day(24 hours) from the time of purchase. No refund is available for courses with after 24 hours subscription period. Refunds shall be made to the bank, mobile financial services account, or card with which the purchase was made within 30 days of the refund request being successfully processed and approved by UV Technologies and Robotics. This confirmation will be sent to the user by email.
